We recommend ordering your normal UK shoe size. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up as Heelys tend to have a snug fit to ensure safety while rolling.

What is your standard delivery timeframe within the UK?

Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. We also offer a Next Day Delivery service for orders placed before 2 PM Monday through Thursday.

Can I return my Heelys if they don't fit?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all original packaging, wheels, and the wheel removal tool.

Are the wheels removable?
